Prior to event:
a) All prospective market display participants must complete and submit
Expression of Interest for Vendors on or before 5 PM 14th March 2016.
b) PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT WHEN YOU SEND IN YOUR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST.
c) All Expressions of Interest and requirements will be considered. Applications
will be considered and successful vendors will be notified by email or
post. Please note that the organisers’ decisions will be final.
d) Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to Nyaree Donnelly) or
direct deposit (please put name with deposit)
e) Any vendor who participates in the event, who’s business or items
may pose, or may reasonably be deemed to pose a possible risk , is required
to provide a copy of current public liability insurance. We will contact
you directly if this is required.
At the event
f) Smoking is not permitted on the premises, nor within 10 metres of any
entrance to the hall.
g) This event is a No Alcohol event. Alcohol is not to be introduced to
the hall or consumed within the hall.
h) Tables and Chairs will be provided for use at the event. Said tables
and chairs are the property of the Tuncurry Memorial Hall.
i) Chairs and Tables are not to be taken out of the hall.
During the event, market display participants must ensure that:
o No obstructions are to be placed in access or exit areas.
o All garbage from their stall is bagged up and removed properly from
the premises.
o Use of Council garbage bins on the footpath is not permitted.
o The hall floor in the vendor’s direct and surrounding area is
kept clean and dry.
o Nothing (including banners, promotional materials, or the participants’
goods, etc..) is to be hung on or affixed to the walls of the hall without
explicit permission of the event organizer.
o Any damage to the hall, as a result of the actions (both direct or indirect)
or inactions of the market display participants will be the responsibility
of the said market display participant.
o Market display participants will participate, display, vend and demonstrate
at their own risk. The Tuncurry Memorial hall and the organisers of “The
Bazaar” will not be held responsible for any damage, injury, loss
or theft to persons or property/ies as a result, either by direct or indirect
participation in the said event.
